Job Summary:

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team in the West Yorkshire region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, with a focus on commercial, domestic, and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting asbestos surveys on major sites in the West Yorkshire region
• Developing and maintaining client relationships while on site
• Ensuring compliance with UKAS accreditation and company policies regarding asbestos legislations
• Providing expert advice on asbestos management and removal

Requirements:

• BOHS P402 qualification with a minimum of 18 months field experience
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent working knowledge of HSG: 248
