About the Role:

Rubix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily and weekly production meetings to stay informed about site initiatives and priorities
  • Collaborate with site teams to develop and implement effective stores management services and processes
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes for large value re-tenders, ensuring a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Work closely with site teams to plan and manage stock levels in line with customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering managers, procurement managers, and facilities managers
