We are collaborating with a prominent global leader in the field of reusable packaging solutions, catering to the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector and serving clients across more than 50 countries.

Due to a surge in market demand, the organization is seeking to hire a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to enhance the efficiency and support of the Maintenance department. This role operates on a 3 on 3 off Panama Days shift pattern.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct reactive maintenance tasks
  • Perform planned maintenance and preventive maintenance (PPM) work
  • Address equipment and facility breakdowns promptly
  • Maintain accurate engineering service records
  • Monitor and improve plant overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience as a Maintenance Engineer within an FMCG environment
  • A solid understanding of engineering principles with a focus on electrical systems
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ level 2, apprenticeship, or City and Guilds in electrical or multiskilled disciplines
