We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home Delivery Driver. As an ambassador for Iceland Foods, you will be responsible for delivering shopping to customers' doors, providing exceptional levels of customer service, and connecting directly with our customers as the face of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the wider store operation, lending a hand when needed and providing support to colleagues
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
Requirements:
  • A current driving licence, held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points
