Billing and Revenue Controller Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Revenue Controller to join our finance department at a top law firm in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payment of bills, reducing debts, and raising accurate bills. They will work closely with the finance function and the wider firm to provide an efficient and proactive service.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in a Revenue Control role, knowledge of credit control functions and billing cycles, and the ability to prepare complex bills. You should also have knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules, HMRC VAT regulations, and accounting and bookkeeping procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely payment of bills and reduce debts
  • Raise accurate bills and manage billing cycles
  • Work closely with the finance function and the wider firm to provide an efficient and proactive service
  • Manage credit control functions and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and HMRC VAT regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Revenue Control role
