About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our AI Development team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the output of the AI Development team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of software developers working on AI and propensity modelling projects
  • Develop and implement software architecture and design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and success
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and ML concepts and technologies
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience leading software development teams in AI projects
  • Expert-level knowledge of C# and software development
  • Understanding of AI and ML concepts and technologies
  • SQL skills
  • Agile project management experience
