About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Product Assistant to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the launch of new products and maintaining a strong retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product category and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective product launches and ensure seamless execution.
- Own the retail landscape, ensuring that point-of-sale materials are well-maintained and of high quality.
- Work closely with the digital specialist to maintain a best-in-class digital presence for our category.
- Support sales teams with launch activations and provide high-level summaries of key performance indicators.
- Implement marketing collateral for a multi-channel approach and create new or adapt global content for products in your category.
- Support the organization and implementation of B2C fairs and events with retail partners for your category.
- Prepare presentations and track relevant KPIs across all functions.
Requirements:
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification, or at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ambitious and energetic, with a strong drive to promote the brand and product category.
- Ability to coordinate launches effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Full clean driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with excellent communication and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
