Swim Centre Operations Manager

At Sporting House, we're seeking an experienced Swim Centre Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our swim centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality swimming lessons and programmes to customers of all ages
  • Manage the operational teams, including lifeguards and swimming teachers, to ensure excellent customer service and a safe environment
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, such as customer retention and Net Promoter Scores, to inform business decisions and drive improvement
  • Lead the development and implementation of new programmes and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of facility hygiene and operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen and experience of working with budgets and financial management
  • Passion for sport and physical activity, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
