About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our friendly and busy hospitality team at the John Lewis Partnership. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience in our customer restaurants or staff canteen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer great customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurants or canteen.
  • Prepare and present high-quality food to our customers, taking pride in every dish.
  • Support with catering-related tasks, including assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that our restaurants or canteen are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Have a flexible approach and demonstrate enthusiasm in all tasks.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.55.
  • A permanent partnership role with the John Lewis Partnership.
  • A part-time vacancy with a regular schedule of 13 hours per week, working Saturday and Sunday between 08:00 and 18:00.
