  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their tax needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
  5. Contribute to the development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. Previous personal tax experience, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  2. CTA qualified, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality tax services.
  3. Previous personnel management experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
