Job Title: Data Insights Manager

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual with strong marketing insights experience to drive the growth and development of our categories through in-depth market analysis and consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and threats.
  2. Manage product assortments, space planning, pricing, and promotion strategies to optimize category performance.
  3. Conduct detailed market research to understand consumer behaviours, preferences, and trends.
  4. Analyse and track category performance against KPIs and deliver regular reports on market share, sales growth, and profitability.
  5. Provide post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous experience within marketing/data insight, worked within FMCG or retail/B2C, and have experience using one of the following systems: High proficiency in Excel is required.
