About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Mobile Catering Unit Manager to join our team at Education Catering. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing a busy kitchen, producing delicious food from fresh ingredients for our customers.

You will be a natural leader, able to work at pace and motivate your team to follow high quality standards and provide exceptional service. Experience of working in a similar catering environment is essential, and we will provide you with all the training and ongoing professional development you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy kitchen, producing high-quality food for our customers
  • Lead a team of catering staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
