Duty Manager

We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Stockport South Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a winning partnership between leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional hotel experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer-centricity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate, up to £ per hour.
- A guaranteed 32-hour contract, spread across 4 days a week, with breakfast and evening shifts, including weekends.
