Your Responsibilities as a Property Negotiator

The primary focus of this role is to drive and secure property valuations, facilitate viewings, negotiate offers, and manage sales through to completion. You will also be expected to maximize opportunities to arrange meetings with our branch Mortgage Advisor.

Essential Skills and Experience for Success

  • Experience in sales is preferred
  • A proven ability to generate new business in a results-oriented environment
  • Exceptional customer service and client care skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, detail-oriented, and numerate
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
