Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for welders
• Develop and implement effective instructional materials and resources
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder and instructor
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
