About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Building Services Engineer to join our construction team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of essential building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and coordination of building services systems, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Work closely with Building Services Managers to coordinate the MEP design, ensuring that it meets clients' requirements.
  • Review design drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data, assess project needs, and ensure designs are implemented correctly.

Requirements
  • A degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Basic understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A Full UK Driver's Licence.
