Key Responsibilities- Classroom Preparation: Ensure classrooms are set up and maintained to provide a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Personalized Support: Provide 1:1 care to students with SEN, including those with physical or mental impairments, learning difficulties, ADHD, or ASD.
- Collaboration: Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and managing school equipment.
- Progress Tracking: Record and report students' progress to the teacher.
- Focus and Behaviour: Help students stay focused during class hours and support teachers in managing student behaviour.
- Core Skills Development: Work with students to improve core skills such as reading and writing.
- Well-Being: Look after and manage students who may be unwell or upset.
- Previous Experience: At least 40 days of experience as a Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
- Passion: Genuine interest in working with children with Special Educational Needs.
