About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Nexter Ltd. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for our active toddlers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development in toddlers.
  • Provide sensitive care and support, including toileting routines and encouraging independence.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the Toddlers Room.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with toddlers or young children.
  • Strong understanding of child development in the early years.
  • Patient, nurturing, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
