As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, safe, and effective patient care, while demonstrating strong clinical leadership and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership for the assessment of patient needs, implementation, and evaluation of programs of care that are evidence-based.
- Implement and maintain high-quality clinical standards, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Encourage best practice and promote a culture of excellence in patient care, aligned with NHSGGC Care Assurance Standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
- Education to/working towards/operating at Degree Level.
- Postgraduate expertise within specialty/area of practice, demonstrating breadth of knowledge required to lead safely, effectively, and efficiently.
