About the Role:
Halma plc, a FTSE 100 organisation, is seeking a dynamic Senior Sustainability Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing key projects related to the Group's sustainability strategy, particularly around Scope 3 decarbonisation, transition planning and target setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within the group function and act as partner for sustainability across the operating companies.
- Empower, influence, engage with and work alongside the entrepreneurial leadership teams and operational teams of the operating companies, as well as being a first point of contact for sustainability queries.
- Have multiple years' experience in corporate sustainability functions within or consulting to manufacturing environments, ideally with exposure to large decentralised organisations or small-medium sized businesses.
