Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Waiting and Bar Staff member at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the hospitality department.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including food and beverage offerings.
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Availability to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
