Materials Handler

The Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Raw Materials Operative to join our client's manufacturing team in Leicester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for organizing and performing the raw materials and parent reels movement flow in compliance with work instructions and safety guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular stock checks and incoming order inspections to ensure efficient movement flow
- Resolve non-conformity issues and record goods receipt for parent reels on the system
- Unload incoming goods, verify paperwork, and perform quality checks
- Operate FLT/Clamp trucks safely and efficiently, meeting productivity and quality expectations
- Identify and report product damage or quality deficiencies, and perform daily equipment checks
- Maintain warehouse space optimization and work closely with the Day Services and Shift teams
- FLT license, Counterbalance, and Clamp
- Desirable experience working in a manufacturing environment
