About the Role:

The Mortgage Administrator position is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and expanding brokerage as a key member of their administrative team. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting two experienced Brokers with all aspects of the mortgage application process, from initial data input to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the mortgage application process, including data entry, case management, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely storage of client information on relevant systems, meeting all compliance requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Brokers, keeping both parties informed of progress and updates.
  • Chase up lenders, clients, and conveyancers as necessary, documenting updates on relevant systems.

Requirements:

  • Solid administration experience, preferably in a financial services or mortgage-related field.
  • Positive, professional attitude, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with MS Office and ability to learn new systems.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000, with bonus potential of £1,000 - £1,500.
  • Full-time or part-time (approx. 30 hours per week) opportunities, with flexible working arrangements.
