Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for driving a curtain-sided vehicle for one of our leading haulage clients within the Sutton-In-Ashfield area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a curtain-sided vehicle for pallet deliveries and collections to various RDCs nationwide, with between 1 to 5 drops per day.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence, Class 1 or C+E entitlement, a valid CPC Card, and a valid Tacho Card.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months HGV driving experience.
  • Work Monday to Friday with shifts starting at 06:00 and finishing around 18:00, with an average of 48 hours per week.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 per hour PAYE, with the potential for up to £16.94 via an umbrella.
  • 28 days holiday pro rata.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Class 1 or C+E entitlement.
  • A valid CPC Card.
  • A valid Tacho Card.
  • Minimum of 6 months HGV driving experience.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 06:00 and finishing around 18:00, with an average of 48 hours per week.
