Job Title: Brand Graphic Designer and Digital Creative

Oriflame Cosmetics is seeking a highly skilled Brand Graphic Designer and Digital Creative to join our team. As a key member of our Global CRM team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content assets that drive customer engagement and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visual communication for global CRM deliveries that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, email best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve email designs and performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Edit content in SFMC according to specs and create templates in SFMC.
  • Produce visual content upon request and add it to SFMC.
  • Ensure our CRM deliverables follow global creative guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English.
  • Minimum 5 years in the digital creation field.
  • A degree in Design/Communication or equivalent professional knowledge.
  • Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • UX understanding is a plus.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt branding and content depending on trends, strategic changes, and technical framework.
  • Experience creating content for CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.
