We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at WSP Global Inc. as a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer. As a key member of our Property and Buildings business, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects that meet the highest technical and commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of detailed and performance specifications for electrical engineering projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are reviewed by colleagues prior to issue.
  • Review and optimize design programs to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the required technical and commercial standards.
  • Exercise initiative and work independently on technical aspects of electrical engineering projects, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for electrical engineering projects, identifying potential challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and mentor junior electrical engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
