About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic female Physical Education instructor to become a vital part of our esteemed academy in Ealing. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a committed educator to foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where girls can cultivate a lasting appreciation for physical fitness.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging PE lessons for all year groups in alignment with the National Curriculum.
  • Establish a supportive learning environment that promotes confidence, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle choices among young girls.
  • Encourage and motivate students to engage in a diverse range of physical activities, catering to various interests and skill levels.
  • Prepare students for success in external assessments (GCSE, A-Level as applicable).
  • Collaborate with fellow educators in the PE department to enhance the curriculum and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
  • Serve as a positive role model for young girls, exemplifying the significance of an active lifestyle and self-esteem.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A QTS qualification in Physical Education or a closely related field.
  • A proven history of effectively teaching PE to girls across different age ranges.
  • A solid understanding of the National Curriculum for PE and the ability to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment that celebrates diversity and individual strengths.
  • A genuine passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and encouraging physical activity, particularly among girls.
