Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Chelsea, West Brompton, Earl's Court – SW10. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and provide practical assistance with daily tasks
  • Help with household chores, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
