About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Rail business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of internal and external engineering resources to ensure deliverables are completed on time, to budget, and in agreement with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal and external engineering resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in rail projects, ideally with Network Rail
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
