Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training and Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering training and awareness-raising sessions to communities and organizations across Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training, workshops, and presentations on cultural diversity, hate crime, discrimination, and other topics across the UK.
  • Identify training needs, develop programs, and deliver sessions via in-person workshops, webinars, and other mediums.
  • Design and manage online training and assessments on our training portal.
  • Organize community engagement sessions, manage attendance, and gather data for reporting.
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering community activities, training, and awareness-raising sessions.
  • Purpose of Job: Assist the Training Manager in providing all of REF's training requirements across Wales and deliver awareness-raising sessions for Black and Ethnic Minority people in Cardiff, Newport, and Swansea about gambling harms.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 per year + 3% pension.
  • A 2-year fixed-term contract.
  • A hybrid work arrangement with flexibility for remote work.
