About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our EYFS students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging EYFS activities to promote learning and development.
  • Evaluate individual outcomes and plan targeted activities with support from the SENCO and Vulnerable Children Coordinator.
  • Contribute to the development of education and care policies across the nursery.
  • Model effective teaching practices for Level 2/Level 3 Nursery Practitioner staff.
  • Observe and assess children's development, sharing insights with key persons.
  • Support school readiness by focusing on independent skills, phonics, reading, and early math.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Early Years Teaching or QTS, who has experience working in EYFS years. You should possess a caring and patient nature, be trustworthy and reliable, and have a flexible and adaptable approach. As a team player, you should be able to work independently and be committed to continuous improvement.
