Key Responsibilities:
  • Take away the bookkeeping and management accounts burden from business owners, providing them with peace of mind and allowing them to focus on their core activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their day-to-day queries and providing expert advice.
  • Process management journals, including prepayments, depreciation, and accrued/deferred income, with a strong understanding of VAT requirements and the ability to prepare VAT returns.
  • Run monthly reports, prepare Management Accounts, complete and review balance sheet reconciliations, and produce monthly management reports.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience in practice and industry, with a strong background in bookkeeping.
  • AAT Qualified, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Xero and other Xero apps, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
