About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our HSEQ team at Ramboll. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business to strengthen its health and safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and expertise to the business and project teams on H&S issues
  • Plan, carry out, and report on internal H&S audits on office facilities and projects
  • Identify, evaluate, and control safety, health, environmental, CDM, and operational risks
  • Review and maintain H&S procedures and guidance
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, establish root causes, and implement corrective/preventive measures
  • Stay up to date with legislation and other requirements and maintain an up-to-date legal register
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor who is passionate about driving a change in safety culture and helping lead an organisation on its continuous improvement journey. You will have a strong background in H&S, with experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance.

You will be a member of a relevant professional body, such as IOSH, and have a degree in a relevant field. You will also have a strong understanding of implementing management systems to ISO45001 and be able to travel across the UK.
