Job Summary

We're on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Software Engineering Manager to spearhead our software development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers, architecting and developing scalable AI solutions, and overseeing the deployment and performance of applications on AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of software developers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions
  • Architect and develop scalable AI solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Oversee the deployment and performance of applications on AWS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineering Manager or equivalent role
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, Django framework, and AWS cloud services
  • Expertise in React and front-end development, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
  • Practical experience in AI and machine learning projects, with a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge to drive business value
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams
