About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Operator Led recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent for our pubs. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with potential operators, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize internal and external methods to attract self-employed operators, including developing own networks and employer branding.
  • Offer a creative approach to sourcing great talent, focusing on attracting passive candidates, talent pooling, and building communities.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective and consistent social media recruiting for their vacancies.
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking recruitment plan, ensuring a sustainable pipeline of talent.
  • Partner with Business Units to fully understand their recruitment requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practice approaches and industry trends within recruitment and direct sourcing.
  • Organize and administer selection processes, including online testing, telephone, and video interviews.
  • Assist with the end-to-end candidate experience, creating a positive and engaging proposition for potential partners.
  • Forecast future recruitment needs and develop effective talent pipelines for specific areas.
  • Conduct divisional calls and attend monthly meetings with Regional Managers and Business directors, providing recruitment updates and insights.
  • Advise, coach, and influence regional managers on best practice for attraction, interviews, and assessment.
  • Deliver key projects with the recruitment department or wider business.
  • Ensure GDPR and Pubs Code compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years as a recruitment professional.
  • Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Verbal and written skills to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to senior/advanced level.
  • Sound knowledge of the Hospitality industry.
  • Influencing skills.
