About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Engineer to join our team at Interactive Medica.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client solutions and providing technical expertise to support our clients' SQL-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily processes to ensure optimal client satisfaction
  • Identify quality improvements and implement changes to enhance client experience
  • Resolve client queries and provide timely solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage client accounts and ensure seamless communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar technical role
  • Relevant degree in a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction
Technical Skills

You will need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL
  • Familiarity with web-based technology such as Snowflake, Tableau, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
