The Role

We are looking for a skilled Digital Designer to work closely with our Senior Digital Designer and Senior Marketing Manager to develop visual assets and promotional materials that align with our key strategic business objectives.

As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique digital content for various promotional channels and projects, including animation, UI/UX design, and graphic design.

You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality creative output, ensuring that all campaign assets, multi-channel promotional materials, and graphics meet our brand guidelines and style guides.

About You
  • You must have demonstrable experience in a design role, creating digital marketing assets and working with various brands.
  • You must have a strong working knowledge of layout and design for websites and video content, from conception to final realization.
  • You must be confident and knowledgeable in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.
  • You must have a credible portfolio of work showing digital projects from concept through to completion.
  • You must have experience in video editing and animation.
  • You must have a passion for design, marketing, content, and social media.
  • You must be motivated by impact-led design to ensure all campaign activity aligns.
  • You must be curious, always looking for the next challenge and open to learning.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Work with the Senior Digital Designer and Senior Marketing Manager to develop visual assets and promotional materials for key strategic business objectives.
  • Liaise daily with the Senior Digital Designer to produce creative assets for various media, including print, digital, presentations, corporate, and social media.
  • Create unique digital content for all relevant promotional channels and projects.
  • Develop layout, design, and branding from concept to final realization.
  • Ensure that a high volume of artwork and design elements are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Manage and monitor multiple projects throughout the various stages of development.
  • Understand best practice across UI/UX design.
  • Strive for best-in-class creative output.
  • Promote good communication and respond to feedback.
  • Work within company brand guidelines and style guides.
  • Identify and communicate key design and creative trends, formats, and insights.

Salary range - £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
