About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Roof Truss and Posi Joists Design Specialist to join our team at Crendon Timber Engineering Limited. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing detailed and accurate designs for our products to meet customer and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret customer requirements and estimator quotations to provide efficient and professional designs, ensuring targets are achieved and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Liaise with customers and provide a knowledgeable service, building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure designs take into consideration costs, targets, and manufacturing capacity and capability.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of I.T, including the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills required to liaise with colleagues and customers.
  • MiTek PAMIR experience is preferable.
  • Able to work as part of a small team but have self-motivation to work alone to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Passionate about exceeding customer expectations and providing excellent customer service.
