As a Mathematics Educator, you will be responsible for teaching A Level, GCSE Maths, and Functional Skills Numeracy to both full-time students and adult learners.

You will utilize our well-equipped classrooms and online platforms, including Google Classroom, to deliver engaging lessons.

The primary objective of this role is to equip students with the necessary skills for their future through exceptional education and training, inspiring them to reach their full potential.

As a Mathematics Educator, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative resources that foster outstanding learning experiences and will be accountable for monitoring and tracking student progress to ensure positive outcomes.

Applicants should possess at least an A Level (or equivalent) qualification in Mathematics or higher and either hold or be willing to pursue a teaching qualification.

You will be expected to bring the subject to life through a combination of practical, theoretical, and digital methods, engaging learners and providing them with the essential skills, knowledge, and behaviors for their future endeavors.

Your direct supervisor will be the Deputy Manager for English and Maths.

You will regularly report on your objectives to the Maths and English Lead, covering various KPIs such as student recruitment, retention, anticipated achievement, attendance, and punctuality.

As part of a Curriculum and Department team, you will collaborate with fellow educators to develop and share best practices in the field.

Participation in cross-college teams or working groups on key projects may also be required.
