Admin & Operations Freight Forwarder

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin & Operations Freight Forwarder to join our team at Keffer Automotive Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the freight forwarding process, ensuring the smooth handling of customs clearance, shipping, delivery, and all related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the freight forwarding process, including customs clearance, shipping, and delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment that rewards hard work and innovative thinking

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry, with a focus on global transport logistics and customs clearance for air, sea, and ground freight
  • Proficiency in using Cargo Wise is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Having a DGSA qualification would be a big plus
