Position Overview

Electrical Supervisor - Competitive Salary £40-45k + Van & Fuel

We are collaborating with a local authority seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to enhance their property services division.

Key Qualifications:

  • Possession of 2391 and 18th Edition certifications is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert technical knowledge and support to both colleagues and clients.
  • Provide guidance on electrical installations during regular operations and after-hours services.
  • Foster strong relationships with teams, clients, and consultants through daily interactions.
  • Coordinate with the NICEIC to ensure compliance with all regulations for continued enrollment.
  • Oversee the maintenance of NICEIC registration, including managing the annual assessment process.
  • Act as a NICEIC qualified supervisor, validating and signing off on NICEIC certifications.
  • Manage the review, approval, and distribution of all electrical documentation produced by the team, ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of various contracts while maximizing profit potential.
  • Supervise labor allocation and resource management to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Oversee the training of electricians to elevate the quality of testing and inspections.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience (PAYE).
  • 23 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days after two years.
