We are on the lookout for a motivated and skilled HVAC Specification Sales Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team at Mercury Hampton Ltd.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the HVAC sector, particularly in the area of system specification for M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) consultants.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target new potential clients, with a focus on M&E consultants.
2. Provide product and project design support to clients.
3. Meet sales objectives and contribute to the growth of the company.
4. Analyze technical drawings and prepare comprehensive quotations.
5. Offer expert guidance on HVAC systems, especially in the VRF sector.
6. Interpret technical drawings, including architectural and mechanical plans, to establish accurate HVAC specifications for new builds and renovation projects.

Your Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience in specification sales, particularly with M&E consultants.
2. In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and current industry trends.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
4. Capacity to cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
