About the Role:
- Corporate Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely tax compliance for clients, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Tax Planning and Advisory: Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to clients, including identification of tax savings opportunities and development of tax-efficient strategies.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
- Liaison with HMRC: Communicate effectively with HMRC on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and resolving any tax queries or disputes.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and maintain a high level of technical expertise in corporate tax.
- R&D Tax Claims: Assist clients with R&D tax claims, including preparation and submission of claims and negotiation with HMRC.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on tax matters.
About You:
- Qualifications: ACCA or ACA or CTA qualification preferred, or almost qualified. ATT studying CTA is acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years accountancy practice experience, with a strong understanding of corporate tax.
- Skills: Strong technical expertise in corporate tax, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Location: Must be able to commute to Marylebone.
