Regulatory Risk Manager

As a key member of the SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA team, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and Implementing Group Modelling Guidelines: Ensure that the company's modelling methodology is aligned with group guidelines, audit recommendations, regulatory expectations, and market practice.
- Improving Modelling Methodology: Develop and implement improvements to the modelling methodology to meet the group guidelines, regulatory expectations, and market practice.
- Monitoring Model Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the model in local and group tools, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Supporting Liquidity Management: Collaborate with the team responsible for daily liquidity management to anticipate the impact of models on liquidity metrics.
- Monitoring Model Risk: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the model, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing Ad-Hoc Analysis: Offer management and business partners with ad-hoc liquidity analysis and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Statistical and Mathematical Modelling Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of statistical and mathematical modelling approaches.
- Balance Sheet Management: Have knowledge of balance sheet management principles and practices.
- Treasury and Financial Product Knowledge: Understand the structure, functions, profit planning, and growth of Treasury, as well as financial products and hedging.
- Funding and Capital Management: Possess knowledge of funding and capital management principles and practices.
- Interest Rate and Liquidity Risk Management: Have a strong understanding of interest rate risk and liquidity risk management principles and practices.
- Numerical and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate sound numerical ability skills and analytical skills to interpret complex data.
