Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and quality New and Used Car Sales Executive to join our team at Richard Abson Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, achieving and exceeding planned sales targets and objectives, and delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used vehicles to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic salary of £20,000 with an uncapped OTE of £50,000.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6pm, with a day off every week and 1 in 3 weekends off.
