£30,000 to £36,000

Full Time - 8:30am to 4:00pm

Simply Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Literature Educator to become part of our team within an alternative educational setting.

This role entails instructing students at Key Stages 3 and 4, engaging in full-time work across five days each week.

About the Educational Setting

Our institution caters to learners aged 11-14 who experience ADHD, ASD, and SEMH challenges.

We prioritize re-engaging students in their academic journey while enhancing their confidence and self-worth through a collaborative approach and personalized support.

With a maximum capacity of 32 students and currently 12 enrolled, we ensure a tailored educational experience with small class sizes of 3-5 pupils and a favorable staff-to-student ratio.


In addition to core subjects, we provide vocational training in areas such as beauty and hairdressing, alongside life skills activities including equestrian experiences and team-building exercises.


Requirements for the Literature Educator

- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status
- Proficient in designing and delivering well-structured and impactful lessons in English Language and Literature.
- Capable of fostering the confidence, language, behavior, and social skills of students aged 11-16.
- Quick to adapt to new environments and challenges.
- Understanding of the needs of students with SEMH difficulties.
- Strong skills in behavior management.
- A sense of humor and the ability to establish rapport with both students and colleagues.
