Role and ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planning Expert to lead and solution go-to-market activities with our team. Your goal will be to establish our offering as a high-growth offer from Capgemini.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business requirements into Kinaxis RapidResponse software specifications, following supply chain industry trends and best practices.
- Performing detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document RapidResponse configuration requirements.
- Selecting standard functionalities in RapidResponse and designing data model changes, solution configuration, and customizations.
- Leading solution blueprinting and detailed design activities and assigning configuration tasks to project members.
- Applying advanced mathematical models to address customer requirements.
- Understanding Supply Chain Industry trends and benchmarking customers' performance against the same.
- Supporting data management and data integration activities, including source systems data transformation, data loading into Rapid Response, data cleanup, and validation.
- Supporting services sales opportunities working with Account Executives and Client Partners.
- Supporting customer and project team on Quality Control/Quality Assurance practices to the configured solution.
- Supporting troubleshooting and resolution of solution issues.
- Assessing project performance and documenting lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge.
We're looking for a candidate with:
- Clear evidence of implementing supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions like o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, E2Open at an executive level.
- First-hand experience leading a team through at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution.
- Experience working with multiple clients across varied industries at one time.
- Experience operating in an Agile methodology to deliver large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification.
- Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes, KPIs, and best practices in supply chain planning.
- Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
- Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data.
- Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks.
- Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background/knowledge on the subject.
- Ability to drive and work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones, and across multiple hierarchy levels.
- Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.
