About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chairperson to join our board and assist with taking our hospitality business into an Initial Public Offering (IPO). As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team to ensure a successful IPO process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team to ensure a successful IPO process
  • Lead the board in making key decisions regarding the IPO process
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive IPO strategy
  • Work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies
  • Provide guidance and support to our leadership team on matters related to corporate governance and compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chairperson or Board Director in the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of the IPO process and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our leadership team and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
