Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cable Jointer Specialist to join our team at Network Plus Services Careers. As an authorized Jointer, you will be responsible for working on the underground electricity distribution network on both low voltage and high voltage networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cable jointing and termination work on low voltage and high voltage networks
  • Work on underground cabling and substations on LV, 11kV, and 33kV networks
  • Ensure compliance with safety systems and risk assessments
  • Hold a valid EUSR or CSCS Card
  • Hold a City and Guilds 2339 (formally 2322) certificate or equivalent

Requirements

  • Relevant City & Guilds level 2 qualification
  • Distribution Network Operator LV and HV jointing authorisations
  • Understanding of safety systems and risk assessments

What We Offer

We have secured a 4-year contract with a major distribution network operator, providing support across their ED2 Distribution Network Programme. Our teams will be working across various distribution assets, including underground cabling and substations on LV, 11kV, and 33kV networks.
