**Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage exports from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients to prepare quotes and routing instructions.
  • Prepare and review export documentation for customs clearances, including MAWB's and customs entries.
  • Research and verify airline rates and flight schedules to optimize shipping routes.
  • Process post-flight documentation and complete customs entries.
  • Liaise with airlines, transporters, and clients to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Generate and manage invoices for export services.

**Working Environment:**

This is a Monday-to-Friday role, offering a stable and secure work environment.
